I’m Being Cantalouped!
I am being cantalouped to death. Yes, you read that correctly. This week, my diet is cantaloupe happy. I love cantaloupe, don’t get me wrong, but good grief! Enough already! However, I don’t mind the Lean Cuisine Cheese Ravioli at all! LOL
I haven’t been exercising. Too busy trying not to feel the stinging/burning in that [...]

And The Diagnosis Is…..
Hard to explain. LOLĀ First off, I’m now having to come up with $175 for orthotic plates for my shoes. These are made differently than the ones I had before and are supposed to be better. Considering that my furniture fund will have to go for those orthotics, they’d better be!
Run down is that for [...]

To The Doctor I Go
Tomorrow at 10:45 AM I, for the first time in 10 years, set foot into a podiatrist’s office. I am fairly certain due to previous experience that I have at the very least, managed to place a stress fracture into my right foot. I say due to previous experience as I stress fractured a bone [...]

I just finished weighing myself on the scale in the gym at work. It said 321. Now the funny thing is, a good friend of mine, who is a medical assistant, told me that we are not meant to be weighed after eating or with clothing on. When she was still working, the doctor always [...]

Stuffed
Good grief I’m stuffed. I’m still trying to down the entire meal I was given for my lunch. It seems to have contained a bit too much food. LOL My lunch menu was as follows (before modifications) Portabello-Mozzarella burger, cucumber-roasted red pepper salad, yogurt, fresh strawberries.
I can’t afford Portabello mushrooms and I hate red peppers. [...]

Good Grief!
All I’ve eaten today is what is listed for my diet. All I’ve had to drink today is the milk I was supposed to consume with my meals and water. I have an entire 12 can case of Diet Cola from the local grocery store, unopened, that was purchased a week ago. This is a [...]

Hmmmm
Anyone here know the frustration level of fixing a broccoli-cheese baked potato in the microwave? Because I now do. I have one of those “smart” microwaves. It has sensors, you tell it what you’re cooking and it cooks it. Well, it didn’t. At least not all the way. So I scooped out the cooked parts [...]
