I’m Still Here


I weighed myself at work the other night. I was 332lbs. That is precisely the same as I weighed 2 months ago. So at least I haven’t gained anything.

Tomorrow I plan on getting up and getting out the door to work early. They have a workout center there and I plan on trying to get at least 30 minutes of treadmill time.

Some of the dietary changes I’ve made so far include switching to Canola oil if I must fry something, using “light” margarine if I must use margarine, and using skim milk. I’m also planning on purchasing bagged salad mixes so I can have more salads.
