The Honesty List Challenge

I am taking the Honesty List Challenge from The Diet Pulpit. The Honesty List Challenge is asking us to be honest about the reasons we are trying to lose weight. Lady Rose was the first one to post her honesty list for why she wanted to lose weight. I have decided to be one of the ones who follows suit. Below are my ten reasons for wanting to lose weight.

  1. I own no jeans, because I can’t fit into them.
  2. Family health history of diabetes, heart disease, etc.
  3. I want to wear the cute clothes.
  4. I’d like a bathing suit to actually fit me for once.
  5. No more thighs rubbing together, wearing out my pants before they’re 6 months old.
  6. No more having to wear a different uniform at work because I’m too big for the normal ones.
  7. I really want to stop hearing people snickering behind my back.
  8. I’m tired of hearing my doctor say I need to lose weight, when that is obvious.
  9. I want to be as healthy as possible.
  10. I want to find that pretty girl/woman that my friend say they see, but I don’t because all I see is how big I am.

And there you have it. My reasons for wanting to lose weight. My honesty list.
