Driving Me Nuts

I’m so sick of going to work and seeing everyone eating the stuff I’m not allowed to eat. It really really sucks, but I’ve been good all week. None of the stuff I’m not allowed to eat, so we’ll see what happens. Friday is my sticking point, because that’s payday and I’m not home to eat here. We’ll see how good I can stay. πŸ™‚

1 hard boiled egg
5 oz turkey sausage
8 tomato slices

grilled chicken breast
spinach-tomato salad

grilled chicken breast
sliced cucumber

I did very well today and tomorrow I’ve got a few things that I’m really looking forward to eating on my meal plan. Hopefully I can continue this way and keep losing the weight just like I have been. πŸ™‚

  1. Hang in there you’re doing great πŸ™‚
It actually does get easier over time – I didn’t believe it, but after 69 weeks of healthy eating, I have noticed it’s much easier to just ignore the treats that are put out at work or temptations when I go out.

  2. Hey Charity. Thanks for your comment. I added you to my blogroll as well.

I can totally relate to seeing others eat things I can’t. I mean, I can if I really wanted to, but that’ll just push me back with my weight loss. The one thing I really envy are those people who are skinny and STAY SKINNY no matter how much they eat. *sigh*

  3. I also can relate to seeing other people eat things that I couldn’t – which is why I chose weight watchers as my method of losing. This is my first visit so I don’t know much about you enough to suggest but ask if you ever considered a diet with no foot restrictions (but of course portion restrictions). I hope it is working out for you!
